If I could give this place no stars, I would. I’ve taken my car here for an oil change twice and got “the works” package. And BOTH times my car is returned to me with something else wrong that wasn’t wrong when I turned it in. What are the chances. Immediately after it is returned to me, I have notified them and they won’t take any responsibility. I’ll never bring my car here again and advise anyone thinking of having maintenance done here to reconsider and go elsewhere. Or it might cost you WAY more than you have anticipated.

Paid $2,813.14 for a few different seal replacements. Took the same truck to a different Ford dealership 3,452 mailed later and I showed them the invoice of my service. They showed me how none of the seals had been replaced. Be aware.

Service department refused to put in a warranty claim on tire that only had 7,000 Miles on it even tho it clearly states the tire is covered at 100% under ford warranty and Pirelli tire warranty. I was given a faulty tire that exploded while I was traveling. They stated that they would have done more for us if we purchased the car from them! We no longer live in the area but most of our family and friends do I will make sure none of them ever go to this dealership again. My parents have previously purchased 2 Ford Explorer from this dealership. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I contacted both Ford corporate office and Pirelli tires they both agreed my tire was covered at 100%. Luckily the corporate office made it right!! I also called to make sure my faulty tire was sent to Pirelli so the can investigate the tire (by their request) and I never got a call back! Stay far away from this service department!

Dropped our car off for a 9:00am service appointment. No calls all day from the dealership. My wife had to call and track down the advisor just to find out that they never even looked at her car. Then told her that they would not get to it until tomorrow.
I called the dealership and spoke to Ashley the advisor and she could not care less. We bought our vehicle from this dealership. Do not take your car here for service!

Worst experience ever! Lets just say there a bunch of thieves. I bought a used truck and major issues two weeks of owning it. Have not made my first payment yet, went in to get it looked at due to a safety issue. Sure enough they drag their feet and get nothing done. I have I a major safety issue that I brought to their attention and they tried to charge me $100 to look at my truck. I waited 4 and a half hours for there mechanic to shine his flash light into my rim and say what the issue was. Here is the best part!!!! A new rotor and caliper and 4 new break pads would cost me 1,400! I bought the truck TWO WEEKS AGO! You know what a shop down the street quoted me at? $300. Sure enough they will be hearing from my layers!

This company has told me over and over of a FALSE completion date on my truck!
They have had it for 46 days! I asked for money for the rental and they offered a small percentage!
When i contact them, they MAKE SURE to let me know that I'm "out of luck" and nothing they will do..
I then paid for a rental for another week, until the PLANNED completion date of 1/18/16, only to be told TODAY (1/17), that its not even close! So more out of pocket rental charges for me! They wont work with you, and will make you feel like your out of line for even asking... Im going to take this to every level i can so maybe the next person doesn't get taken advantage of and feel this way! Its embarrassing

Don't bring your car here for service. I don't think they actually ever check anything. You leave your car and will come pick up the next day with them saying that they can't reproduce it. The best part is afterwards when the service advisor you work with begs you to give them good feedback, because, that's exactly what you're going to after, you have wasted your time they didn't even bother to fix.

Their customer service sucks...I made an appointment for a The Works service, got there right on time, they had me waiting 15 mins just to see a representative and when I finally got able to speak with someone was just to learn that they didn't care about online appointments and wanted to make me wait 4 hours to get the service done. Horrible customer service, no call backs, was told if problem is small or can't find it, they don't have time, this is because they are here to make money. I had to call constantly to get updates, the service guys act like you don't matter, and to top it off, I was told they can't find the problem with my truck. Do not ever buy a Ford, and do not ever go to sawgrass Ford.

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from this location and the same day I noticed there was an issue with the radio so I contacted my sales person regarding the issue. I was told to bring in the wrangler so they can check it out. Upon arriving they said they could only write me a Check for $150 but when I took it to another dealer they said that I would need to replace the radio which was $450 plus labor. This dealer or salesmen did not care.This was BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Just had a bad experience. Given that I have a relatively new Ford car, decided to take it to a Ford service department. After diagnosing the problem with my car, the repair cost they quoted me was well, well above the market rate (based on online searches and calling and asking around other places).
So no matter how nice they may seem, always go online and search your specific repair in your area, and ask around. This place WILL try to rip off you, as they tried with me. Or better yet, find an honorable company (they are out there). Avoid this place.
edit: Ford responded in an inadequate way. I didn't just do a "simple internet search" I actually called ANOTHER Ford service center and they quoted me a much lower price. Your service department, when I told them about the options, lowered the price by hundreds of dollars. The original quoted price was higher for BOTH OEM and non-OEM options. I repeat, avoid this place.

Unfortunately, there is no way to put zero stars. NOT a good experience. I had heard great things about the place and gave it multiple tries, but I will never be returning. Quicklane employees need refresher training on customer service. I came straight from work to get an oil change, pull into the quick lane and get out of my car and am met by a quick lane employee. I say hello and tell him I would like an oil change please, he immediately says well it's going to be an hour or hour and a half (which I always thought was standard anyways) I say ok and am fumbling to get my keys to give to him and he says absolutely nothing and starts backing away from me. His demeanor was horrible and so I said I guess I will take my business elsewhere and he said ok and quickly walks away happy to not be bothered and then motions me to the exit. I pulled in at 445ish and they supposedly close at 7, so I thought that would be enough time but I guess the quick lane thought otherwise and didn't care about my business.

This is in reference to the collision center. I am so disgusted by the level of service. I have tried to get my car repaired at this location because Louis said that the work there is guaranteed, the guy that works with wind heaven. Therefor I instructed my insurance company to send them the check to begin repairs, instead of going with another collision company I originally intended to go with. I have been calling, and calling and calling and every single time the phone is never picked up when transferred to there extension. Carol or Louis never ever, ever, ever! answers there phone. So calling my insurance company to cancel the check going to them so I can go with another company.

This location has the worst service Manager ever. brought my truck in for recall updates. There service department did them now the truck is running real rough. called back informed of the issues. i have brought the truck back 4 times and still the truck has not been repaired. I have called FORD Corp which in turn has called the dealership and has tried to speak to the Service So called manager who will not return there calls. I personally called and have gotten no return call from this such Carlos Service Manager. i will NEVER ever recommend anyone to this Sawgrass Ford dealership and will let everyone know to stay away from this dealership.

My second time at Sawgrass Collision Center. First time they repair my Tesla S, within the estimated time and with no issue. The second time was a nightmare. They offered an estimated time of 1 week after having two wait 2 weeks for a slot to repair my Tesla 3 after taking it for an estimate. It ended up taking almost a month, updates were very poor and inaccurate. A couple of times they blamed it on the time to get the spare parts from Tesla even though I was getting updates directly from Tesla and knew when the parts had been delivered and this was not the cause of the delays. After 3 weeks I started putting pressure and demanded a firm date to get my car. The date came and they rushed to deliver it only to have to drop it off the next day with multiple issues, missing parts, not clean. A week later they deliver my car still without one camera working, I was told that they would call me when the tech was there to take the car to fix the camera, and after almost 2 weeks nobody has cared to call me. I'll take my car to Tesla. Definitely not recommended, as a recurrent Tesla customer I expect high service standards and this place is far from there.

The sales (NOT SERVICE) technicians in their service department are scam artists here, or their techs don't know how to work on Lincoln.
I brought my Lincoln MKZ in about a year ago as they said they could fix the problem with my front end shaking violently at 50+ mph. I worked with Tiffany in the service department, who is very nice, but her followup skills with concerned customers are terrible. I would call and sometimes not receive a call back for a week, and many times not at all, so I would have to drive over to get an update on my car. My car is a 2015 with 80,000 miles when I had it there. After many tries, or driving over, Tiffany would advise it's suspension, then something else with supension, but they could not solve the problem. This repair took over 3.5 weeks to fix. I ended up spending over $1,500 at Sawgrass + $500 on a rental for almost four weeks, and the PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED. After refusing to buy any more, I was told it's probably my tire. I took my car to Pep Boys, they immediately checked the tire, did a balance, and the problem was fixed! It was the worst experience I have ever had for car repair.
I had a problem with the same car last Saturday. I was having a problem with the car picking up speed, and it seemed to be having computer problems. So, because I was very close to Sawgrass Ford, and worried about driving any further, I decided to get it resolved and give them another try. Well, another bad move on my part. I even advised Kyle, the service (sales is better word) technician, of my last experience, but I was I giving another chance. Kyle even made the comment, "the tire is usually the first thing we check." Kyle advised he could not check the car on Saturday, so I said I could leave until Monday. I did not receive a call on Monday, so I left Kyle a message around 4PM on Monday as I needed my car the next day. There was no response on Monday, no response on Tuesday, and finally a text sent advising I needed a new battery for $160. With the issues I was having with the car, and having bought a new battery just a few months prior from Costco, I was certain it was not the battery. Also, I was unhappy that it took 4-days to get a follow up from Kyle. So, I replied to the text I just purchased a battery, and advised I was coming to pick up the car. I immediately received a call from Kyle the battery is being charged, and I could come pick it up to swap out at Costco.; they couldn't fix the problem without the battery!!! I advised I was coming to get the car. I took the car to a mechanic next to my house who figured out within minutes that it was a faulty break switch sending false signals to the computer that my causing the car. Fixed within an hour.
Unless you want the WORST OF THE WORST WITH FOLLOW UP, and Ti GET SOAKED FOR A BUNCH OF THINGS YOU DO NOT NEED BY HUNGRY SALES (definitely NOT service reps) REPS, I advise to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THE WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED ANYWHERE IN SOUTH FLORIDA IN 25+ YEARS OF DRIVING.

Terrible experience. Sawgrass informed Ford that I had picked up my truck from service when I hadn't even been told that it was ready. Lack of follow up from the service advisor led my truck to sit there for over a day after being ready with the doors and tailgate unlocked.
